General Information

Each distributor will be granted access details to their personal accounts. Per distributor one login with details will be provided. Upon release, each distributor will be asked to review their personal account details and if applicable, update their information accordingly.

Please note that all parts are distinguished between warranty parts and consumables. Consumables are intended to be consumed through the use of the simulator and subject to wear and tear during the normal operation of the product, such as batteries and skins. Parts considered consumables are clearly marked as such throughout the different product collections.

Each part is displayed with the item name, P/N and the respective price. Under ‘instructions’ you can leave any type of comment related to the item, such as configuration requests for specific S/Ns or software version. Further, at the lower bottom of the product page, additional information related to the product will be shown, such as its broader function, product group and whether configuration is required or not. Also, if applicable, under ‘reference to’ additional parts will be listed which are recommended to be replaced/purchased. For shipping purposes approximate weight will be displayed for each item.

Example:

The discount codes listed under 'account information' reflect the individual distributor discount as well as the 40% discount for all demo unit related parts purchases. You may use your personal or the demo distributor discount against purchases for parts not covered under warranty and consumables. For warranted parts use the 100% warranty discount.

Currently the set-up only allows for orders per S/N. Once an order has been submitted through the WebShop, it will be reviewed to ensure all information provided is complete and accurate. In the event of inaccuracies and/or incompleteness of information, CAE reserves the right to dismiss the order until revised.
